It has both pleasant and polite staff.

Comfortable room with a larger Bedroom, double bed, for instance.

Its location was unbeatable and peaceful, just 5 minutes walk from an 1800s red sandstone castle. I spent some time with complementary drinks in the lovely lounge bar. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectation.

My favorite property in Inverness. Ideal location and extremely comfy hotel. The room itself airy and nicely furnished. Large private bathroom.

Lively pub environment

it was an excellent stay, the best i had before now. i appreciated this boutique hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. the staff was very welcoming and exceptional, just as i expected. the accommodation had a very central location close to town.

The room featured a charming blend of cozy decor and modern amenities. Being located just a short walk from downtown made exploring the city handy.

Parking might as well be a quest in itself. Finding a spot is often a hassle due to surrounding restrictions. Some rooms, notably the smaller ones, lacked adequate heating, leading to a chilly atmosphere on colder nights, which left me wrapping up excessively in the duvet. Reports of inconsistent service meant I had to wait longer than expected for drinks or food, especially during busy times.

The manager was warm. Our room, although small, had a cozy feel to it and offered a charming city view.

A good experience with friendly staff who welcomed our family and even assisted with our luggage. The onsite parking was a great advantage. The location allowed us easy access to the town center, perfect for sightseeing and dining. One of the male staff members was quite helpful, while a female member seemed disengaged during breakfast service. Though the room was compact, it wasnice and neat were nice.

The location was also quite convenient, making it easy to access the city center and explore the area. there were some noise issues in the evening that could be improved.

The locals are really friendly and the bar area has this cozy vibe that just makes you wanna stay and chat for hours we even got free chocolates and sherry in our room which was a nice surprise after a long day and the breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from
